What to include

If reporting a signing failure: the browser + version, the OS, and (if visible) the error code from the receipt panel (e.g. tsa_unavailable, signer_email_mismatch).
If reporting a verification mismatch: the relevant lines from pyhanko sign validate --pretty-print or the openssl cms -verify output. Do not send the PDF — the document is yours; we don't need it to debug.
If asking about compliance (eIDAS Article 26 evidence, ESIGN/UETA fit, AATL): which jurisdiction and which contract type. Detailed framing is in the FAQ.
